In 2011, just before I left Tel Aviv for Hong Kong, I visited my friends apartments and composed a still life from their ‘stuff’. The result is a fusion of identities, it captures their collections through my interpretation and style. These still lifes raise questions about the origins of the objects, their makes, collectors and the character of these collections.
